1. Personal Empowerment For Organizational Excellence

Capabilities and abilities of an employee is becoming a very crucial importance to any corporations now more than ever before. Personal Empowerment For Organizational Excellence (PEOE) is a workshop that addresses employee's commitment and attitude in their employment and contribution to their organization. 2. Supervisory for Superior Results

This course introduces new managers, supervisors and those who manage any subordinates to the skills needed to lead their teams effectively and in addition to meet the expectations of senior management. Many new supervisors and managers achieve their success on the basis of their technical or operational merit but then need to achieve superior results through others.

This training is designed to help participants to make this important transition. An efficient and effective supervisory is critical and crucial to the success of every organization, and on-going skill development is essential for supervisor who needs to effectively overcome the challenges of today and the future.

Participants will learn to leverage on the skills to initial effective supervisory skills as to delegate, motivate, and influencing others to achieve the organization goals. 3. Employee Relations and Labour Legislation

Employees are becoming more aware of their rights and remedies available to them. It is therefore incumbent upon management to serve justice professionally, fairly, firmly, and without fear or favour.

Dealing with disciplinary matters involving investigations, due inquiries and punishments requires the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes in understanding, interpreting and application by management in order to avoid costly consequences to the organization.

This programme is intended to impart to participants an understanding of what constitutes misconduct and how to conduct inquiries into misconduct effectively and make proper decisions/findings to ensure that the decision of the company to dismiss is upheld at any level.

The course is designed to impart the appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes to participants on the principles, law and practice in order to ensure that they discharge their responsibilities in the due inquiry process in a professional manner that would foster confidence in the organization's management system and avoid the costly consequences of handling discipline improperly or holding a defective inquiry.
