Train The Trainer programme emphasizes and guide participants to conduct training effectively, structure effective session plans using appropriate training methods, materials, and visual aids with creativity, develop facilitation skills and deliver training professionally. In addition, participants will be prepared to deliver their training programmes based on adult learning principles so as to enable them to deliver effective training sessions to adults.

DAVID LAU is a consultant who has trained and consulted groups from many different corporate industries of organizations throughout Malaysia. Prior to his extensive 28 years of management experience, he leads various financial and banking institutions, which include leading as a General Manager in an investment bank.
Mr. Lau holds a Master degree in Business Administration (US), has achieved and awarded a Professional Certification in the title of “CAHRP” through qualifying the Certified Advanced Human Resource Practitioner by Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) an affiliated with the World Federation of People Management Association (USA).
Mr. Lau is a PSMB certified trainer (PSMB/TTT/4548) and also an approved certified Trainer for Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) to conduct the Train-The-Trainer(TTT) program and has successfully trained and certified trainers. He is also a Licensed approved facilitator of the LEONARD Personality Inventory System (LPI) and has successfully administered the LPI instrument for more than 2,000 individuals from various professional backgrounds. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, (CIM) and Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
DOMINIC JAY holds an Executive Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from West College Scotland, Paisley, Scotland. He is an HRDF Certified Trainer (TTT/11182) and an approved Trainer to conduct HRDF’s Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certification Program. He is also an International Accredited Trainer to conduct certification courses for IABFM, (International Academy of Business and Financial Management) a professional body and regulatory organization with members and chapters in over 145 countries worldwide.
Previously he was in the banking industry for over 18 years, attached to various departments. His last position as an Assistant Service & Operations Manager has him in-charge and overseeing the area of customer service, bank service counters/tellers, and self-service terminals.
Already 8 years in the training industry now, Dominic has conducted numerous training sessions for the corporate sectors in hospitality, manufacturing, transportation, and other services industries. He is also one of the appointed trainers to The Leadership Institute for Sarawak Civil Service (LISCS) to conduct programs and train the State’s Civil Servants ranging from Clericals and Officers of numerous grades, up to Assistant Directors and Deputy Directors.
