DESCRIPTION:This programme is designed to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the amendments to the Employment Act that is expected to be implemented on 1 January 2023. It would provide an understanding of the purpose and effect of the amendments\, under the Employment (Amendment) Act 2022. \nApart from that\, it is designed to impart to participants an understanding of what constitutes misconduct and how to conduct inquiries into misconduct effectively and make proper decisions/findings to ensure that the decision of the company to dismiss is upheld at any level. \n
