Peter Kanagaraj is an accredited HRD Corp Trainer with a degree in E&E Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and Warnborough University, UK. He also obtained his MBA from Warnborough University in 2006.

He is now actively involved in Consultancy and manages many clients. He has represented Clients’ in the Labour Office, prepared Company HR Policies & Procedures Manuals and Employee Handbooks for clients, and provided Consultancy services to many clients relating to Trade Union matters, Discipline and Grievances, EPF & SOCSO and Domestic Inquiries. He also specialises in Trade Union Matters and now has set his sights on conducting Training Programs in Human Resources Management. Due to his ever-growing inclination towards Industrial Relations, he is also preparing to start an LLB Program to attain a Law Degree as a Trainer and Consultant.

Sarawak Labour Ordinance – The 2024 Amendments is a 2-day training claimable under HRDCCC,
with a fee of RM 1700 per pax for early bird (RM 2000 normal price), including SST 8%. Upon completion, participant will receive a certificate of completion from GEM Consultancy.
